Top KPOP Songs of 2010

So as the new year begins, here is my top 16KPOP songs for the year of 2010.

1. Hello Shinee

2. Beautiful Beast

3. I’ll be There Taeyang

4. High High GD and Top

5. Good Day IU

6. Lucifer Shinee

7. I need a girl Taeyang

8. Go Away 2NE1

9. Hoot SNSD

10. No Other Super Junior

11. I did Wrong 2AM

12. Lupin Kara

13. Oh SNSD

14. Run Devil Run SNSD

15. Just a Feeling Taeyang

16. Love Ya SS501

As you could see, Shinee is at the top of my 2010 rankings for favorite song. Actually they were also my favorite group for 2010. So you might wonder why Hello is over every other songs that sold better than the repackaged album. Well first the song is something that you won’t get tired of listening to. I remember having this song on my Ipod since October and I didn’t grew tired of this song until now. Second is that it’s vintage Shinee. Yes, Shinee isn’t that old to be called vintage. But in their last two singles before Hello (Lucifer and Ring Ding Dong) they used a much darker theme than the old ones. Another thing that made me like Hello was the vocals. I mean this one shows how they’re really a great group. Jonghyun’s vocal range is so high.

Here is their first performance of the song  live at Music Bank.

So beautiful is at 2. Why? Because the song is so addicting. Well I kinda got over with Beautiful for about a few days now (because of IU’s Good day). However, the song is still fun. What not to like about this. It’s so different than Beast’s old song. They look much cute here.

Taeyang’s I’ll be There ranks at 3. Okay to be honest 1-3 doesn’t have that much difference at all. I love those 3 songs equally I guess. Well anyways Taeyang’s I’ll be There is a superb song for a lot of reasons. One thing I found is the emotion of the song. Yes like most of Taeyang’s song it’s about a particular girl that he loves. The choreography is another awesome thing about this. The song have a very very difficult choreography as I could see. Despite all of that, Taeyang can still hit those high notes.

So from 4-16 they’re actually random. They can vary depending on my mood. However, they’re still the songs that I really really liked for the whole 2010. If you have objections with that then I suggest you go to another blog site.

Returning myself to the Hello! Project fandom!

Hey y’all. It’s been a while since I blogged about something. I actually tried a lot of time but I only end up not finishing those posts. But here’s a more serious one that I’m gonna post. Yes finally!

It’s been a while since I last got my head into any Hello! Project songs. Yes I am aware of the new releases and all but I never had and LSS on any Hello! Project song for quite some time now. Normally it’s been Big Bang, Taylor Swift, Camp Rock, Justin Beiber, and some old school OPM songs. But heck I still love Hello! Project the same way as before.

To start things of. Here’s one of my favorite Hello! Project groups Buono! with my favorite song from them, Kiss Kiss Kiss.

I still love this song no matter what. And Airi. Yes I never get tired loving her. She’s still my all time favorite. Like my Lebron James only on Hello! Project.

Speaking of Airi, have you seen her new Photobook. Well it’s just plain love. She looks so mature yet still a young lady.

Yes she’s sooo pretty I know. I love that red two piece on her (because red is my favorite color).

Okay so I found this two pics interesting. The top one is from the new photobook while the bottom one is from Ao Iro. I just find that the shirt they’re wearing are quite the same. Maybe different in color but it looks so so the same.

Yes I’m watching We are Buono! concert right now. Don’t be surprised. Yes I’ve been into Big Bang a lot since July but I never forgot them.

So as what I have heard. Momo and Eririn are going to release new photobooks soon. Eri’s PB entitled “Eririn” will be released on the 26th (next week). I think this is a must have photobooks for Eri’s fans since this is most likely her last one while still a member of Morning Musume.

Momo’s PB on the other hand will be release next month. It is entitled Momochi Zukan and it is due on October 20th. No previews has been released so far. But I gotta have my hands on this one since I’m a Momo fan.

Before I forget. Today is the 14th of September and it’s Morning Musume and Hello! Project’s one and only leader, Takahashi Ai’s birthday!

Happy 24th birthday Ai-chan.

So moving on. Two former Morning Musume members, namely Goto Maki and Aya Matsuura are going to released new albums soon. Aya Matsuura announced her album during  a recent Cotton Club concert. The album is set to release on 11/24

Goto Maki’s album has also been announced just recently. Though it has less details than the other one, everyone is still looking forward for it. The set release date is also on 11/24

Coincidence? Well this looks like a Morning Musume rivalry as I see it.

To make things a little weirder. Mano Erina’s 2nd Album still untitled is also set for release on the same date. 11/24

More Buono! coming.

Kataomoi is one of my favorite Buono! songs ever. It’s just so rockish and cool.

Oh yeah! S/mileage rank #9 on Music Station’s new artist that will breakout in the second half of the year. They were just beaten by artist such as Shoujou Jidai (SNSD) and Kara. Which are like Korean girl groups.

Well I guess that ends my Hello! Project fandom. Tune in tomorrow (or tonight whenever I feel like it) for my JPOP fandom to breakout.

Kara and T-ara’s MV for World Cup Song Released!

Yes! Finally after long wait (and teasers). Kara and T-ara’s MV for their respective World Cup Song has finally been released!

We’re With You

I love the MV as much as I love the song. This is something we haven’t seen from them for a while now. The MV is awesome. Goo Hara took this over for me especially in that part going towards the chorus “Shake it Shake it Baby”. Cheerleading Outfits really match these girls as much as the dark concept does.

We Are the One

T-ara as well is going back to their old cute concept aren’t they. It’s as cute as Kara though I feel this one is much more fun since it doesn’t focus solely on the girls but also the players and the fans. Though they’re supporting their home country Korea; the MV shows people waving other countries flags and having other countries face paints on them. I think that shows the camaraderie of each countries especially in the World Cup.

Kara and T-ara releases 2010 World Cup songs!

I love how Korea always support their country.

The 2010 World Cup is fast approaching and the girls from Kara and T-ara has finally released their tracks in support for their country in the 2010 World Cup

Kara’s We’re with you is an upbeat pop song with a cheerleader concept. Different from what Kara is promoting with Lupin. T-ara’s We are the One is more of a chant song though it has a little similarities with We’re with you.

Now with these two groups giving out all their support. Hopefully, Korea will win in the 2010 World Cup in Africa.

Kara’s Teaser for We’re With You released!

Saying goodbye with Lupin a few days ago. The girls are already preparing for their comeback. The girls will sing a song for Korea’s team in the World Cup that will be held on June. The title of the track would be We’re With You and it is said that the girls will put the dark concept on hiatus and bring back the cute concept back for this one!

Check the teaser out!

JKMUSICPH’s Saturday Night Live

Yes! It’s this week’s edition of JKMUSICPH’s Saturday Nigh Live. Showing you 5 random live performances from your favorite artists.

Suki Sugite Baka Mitai – Abe Natsumi, Goto Maki, Matsuura Aya

OMG! Yes! 3 of H!P best artist together in one performance!

All For One and One For All – H!P All Stars

This one was the reason that I learned every artist of H!P. Everytime I watch this I feel sad since most of the people who were on the original PV of this are now gone. And I also miss those big stages that H!P hasn’t done in over a year now.

SNSD – Into The New World = Idol Big Show

That’s the second SNSD that I learned about (first was Gee). I love this performance because it was like their first performance of this song in about months.

Kara – Mickey, Rock U, Mister = MBC Gayo Daejun

This could be a good preview of We’re With You since they are wearing cheerleader outfits. And Mister in those outfits are a win!

Shinee – Ring Ding Dong = MBC Gayo Daejun

This in my opinion the best Ring Ding Dong performance I have ever seen. I miss these guys, never seen them for months now.

And a special Encore performance by Shinee

This has got to be the cutest Shinee performance ever!!

KARA says goodbye on M! Countdown

Aww… I’m gonna miss these girls. It seems like it was only yesterday when the girls made their comeback and now they’re saying goodbye already. And what’s worse is that it’s their only goodbye stage this week since SBS, MBC, and KBS all canceled their variety shows for this week.

It’s nice to see Seungyeon performing even with a sprained arm. Which only shows her professionalism.

Without further ado, here’s Kara with Lupin for the last time on M! Countdown

SNSD Snags Mutizen for two weeks! + other performances

Inkigayo is back! After two weeks without airing. Inkigayo is back with the same awesome live performances of our favorite artists.

Let’s start things of with this week’s and last week’s Mutizen winner. Though there wasn’t any Inki last week, they still have that tradition of awarding the winners the following week.

So without further ado, our Mutizen for 2 week’s in a row is none other than… SNSD

Plus a special footage was shown with Seohyun and Yoona doing baseball pitching.

We’ve shown you last week’s winner. But Inkigayo was out for 2 weeks. The winner for the last week of March is T-ara

Kara is also back on Inkigayo! OMG I so love these girls. Here’s their performance of Lupin

After School is also back on Inkigayo to continue their comeback. It’s only their 3rd performance and you got to face it, they’re getting better.

The Beast is also back with another Shocking performance

Music Core is back!!

After the unfortunate naval ship tragedy that caused the cancellation of almost all the variety shows last week. Music Core returns this week (although it was pre-recorded last week).

With the return of Music Core marks the return of our favorite artists such as SNSD, Rain, T-ara, Kara, BEAST and a lot more!!

here are the live performances from this week’s Music Core

SNSD – Run Devil Run

OMG! I miss these 9 girls. After week’s of living a life without seeing them perform live. Finally, they’re back!

Rain – Love Song and Hip Song

Come on you can’t deny the fact that Rain is the King of K-Pop (MJ’s Korean counterpart)

After School – Bang! and Let’s Do it

After School only got to perform once for their comeback. But don’t worry. Their back to avenged their postponed comeback!

T-ara – I Go Crazy Because of You

I know. You might be looking for I’m Really Hurt. Well unfortunately the girls prefer this song over I’m Really Hurt. Don’t be sad, it’s better than nothing!

BEAST – Shock!

Every time I hear this, I get addicted to it. Come on it’s a great song actually. Maybe BEAST would be my 4th favorite KPOP boy band after Suju(which is in the PH by the way), Shinee, and 2PM

Kara – Lupin

OMG OMG OMG! I Freakin miss these girls. To be honest, I haven’t got over with the Lupin fever. It’s still my favorite KPOP song at the moment. Although everything in the performance is reused (the outfits, etc.). The girls are still shining as ever!

I just realized something. Aren’t those things in their hands the one that are used by pool players?

2AM – I Did Wrong

Come on you got to agree with me when I say that 2AM has the most awesome live performance by any group ever (2PM?BigBang?). Well anyways, they have the best live performance at the moment. And the song is very addicting

Secret – Magic

Other than After School. They are the only group hasn’t transformed to the dark and sexy concept.

One Way- Magic

It’s very confusing when you have like two groups with the same song title. But anyways, I like this better than the first Magic

ZE:A – All Day

I never really loved this group. They are like another version of Super Junior mixed with a bit of 2PM.
