End of School

Whew, finally I’m coming back to blogging. Sorry for not being able to update any of my blogs because of business in school. You all know how busy a 3rd year college student might be?

Anyway, I’m here to tell you guys that I’ll be blogging again starting tomorrow.

I’ll even share you my lists of things to do. :]

Things To Do:

  1. Change layout (Since I asked permission before but never got to do it…. ^^; )
  2. Upload all the things I missed to upload

Well, that’s all that I need to do. And uhh, that’s not a “JUST”… since I need to do it in 4 blogs. (What a job I had given to myself… *sigh* )

Anyway, I hope you guys look forward to all the changes and updates I’ll be making this week. Since I’ll try to finish everything this week. And I mean… EVERYTHING!

Now, just a little sharing…

We all know the tragic thing that happened to Japan. Even though we don’t live or even experienced what they did, we are all still affected. From government wise to our own reasons.

Maybe some of you share the same sympathy and emotions as how I did when I heard what happened that day… March 11th.

I was at panic. I opened every TV here at home with different channels. I even opened the computer to check for news.

All that was in my mind was, “is Captain okay? Is she safe? I hope she is… I hope she posted or there’s news from H!P that she is safe…”

Everything about Captain’s safety was filling my head. Of course, after finding out that she was safe, that is when I looked around for the other artists/singers. I remembered that AKB (or maybe some of them) are out of the country so they were safe (that’s when I stopped thinking of TakaMina’s safety after Captain). After a few days, of course, I’m still thinking of their safety and if they have food and all they need.

Good thing Captain and TakaMina were safe…

When I tried to think what if they are missing or worse, dead… I couldn’t think of anything… I guess It’ll be the end of JPOP for me… And I don’t want that to happen… Since I don’t really know what to do without Captain. Seriously… Even though I don’t know her personally or even talked to her… I still feel we have a connection. Maybe that Artist-Fan connection but really… It feels that I know her since we were little, etc. Feelings like that… So it is hard to even think of her leaving or… you know….

But seriously, if that really happened… I would be lost in the music world for the time being. Good thing they are really safe. Thank you Kami-sama!

Well, that’s all I could share when the quake happened.

Let’s all continue praying for Japan.

Now, I’ll get to share you guys a project by WaratteNippon. 🙂

Gintama Banzai!!!

I’m currently re-watching old episodes of Gintama. I’ve known that there are various cameos of Hello! Project artists in there. There is a cameo of I think Sayumi posing with her tradenmark Usa-chan Peace  and the cameo of Berryz Kobo in their handshake event for a concert tour in episode 18.

But by the time I got to episode 36, I totally forgot that this is the episode where Airi, Chisato and Mai from °C-ute makes a cameo. The cameo is complete with guys who danced a part of Massara Blue Jeans.

Here is Chisato and Mai:

Here is another which includes Mai and Airi:

And by the time I got to episode 93, I thought I saw a cameo of both Berryz Kobo and °C-ute. So I rewinded it and pause the screen to get a close look.

Here is Chisato (the one screaming on the left), I think Airi (middle) and Nakajima Saki (beside Airi on the right). I don’t know if the others are the rest of °C-ute because I think it does not resemble them.

And here is Berryz Kobo. From the left is Miyabi, Kumai(above), Maasa, Momo, Captain and Chinami.

I really think it is them. Though the fansubber didn’t include a note that they are indeed Berryz Kobo and °C-ute.

Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac Cast

Anton, Matsuyama Kennichi, Horikita Maki and Tegoshi Yuya

Tegoshi Yuya of NEWS together with Horikita Maki (Ashiya of Hana Kimi Japan), and Matsuyama Keniichi (L of Death Note Live Action) starred in an international film entitled “Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac” directed by international director, Dir. Han Canosa. This said movie will be shown in different countries like USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and many more but not here in the Philippines. But there is still hope, the Director said that Philippines is still possible. He said that there is still a chance so we must continue to like the flag of the country where we want it to be shown...

This is the reason that we – JE & J drama fans are asking for your help…

(quoted from my friend’s facebook note that I was linked to)

It is just easy to help out (and really, we need your help for this drama to be aired in CINEMAS!).

First, join this group in facebook: Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac

Second, like these pictures (and leave a comment if you want): PH Flag 1 & PH Flag 2

That’s all you need to do. So please help! We want to watch this on the big screen! We still have a chance so let’s do what we can!

Ganbare minna!! *thumbs up*

Nihongo Fiesta 2010

4MINUTE just left the country a few days ago.  Moving on for me is quite hard being star-struck like that (meeting them up close and personal).  Anyway, I believe this would be a good way to take them off my mind for a while; well sort of.

This is one of the events held by the Japan Foundation to promote J-Culture here in the Philippines.
This year one of the featured events would be the J-Rock performances. And as you can see on the ads below, Shonen Knife will be there to give you a taste of J-Rock. Not sure yet of any other performances but it might be a good experience. There are also the usual speech contests and Nihongo quizzes. Also what’s good about this is that admission is free!
